Bazra is an unsympathetic man who started a war with one of Golt's neighboring countries. He has no qualms about killing people who stand in his way, nor using Finis as a human weapon to accomplish his goal of ruling the world.
Bazra is the man that is responsible for Rin's hometown being burnt to the ground and the death of many of its people including Talgia and Mel.
